As a full-time corporate working mom, I understand firsthand the value of a solid routine and a good night’s sleep—for both kids and parents. Juggling work, family, and everything in between is no small feat, and sleep deprivation only makes it harder. I’ve been there (still am on some nights) —trying to hold it all together while running on empty—and I know how crucial rest is for a family to truly thrive.

My passion lies in helping other families find the calm in the chaos through healthy sleep habits.
